Shipping Policy

At RadPro, we take pride in delivering farm-fresh produce straight from local farmers to your doorstep. Our shipping and delivery model is designed to be cost-efficient, eco-friendly, and dependable.

RadPro currently operates in Namakkal and selected nearby areas. We are expanding gradually, and new service areas will be announced on our website/app.

To maintain freshness and reduce costs, we follow a planned delivery system:

• Deliveries take place once daily:
   
  • Morning Slot: 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM
     
• Orders placed before 5 PM will be eligible for next morning delivery.
   
• Orders placed after 5 PM may be delivered the next day. 

There is currently no option for instant or express delivery.

We use eco-friendly, biodegradable packaging to support sustainable farming and reduce environmental impact. Packaging is optimized to keep produce fresh during transit.

If a delivery attempt fails due to:

• Incorrect address
   
• Unavailability of the recipient
   
• Inability to contact via phone/WhatsApp
   

We will attempt to reschedule the delivery once. After that, the order may be canceled without refund (especially for perishable goods).

Consumers can view order status and delivery slot from their dashboard. Real-time tracking and delivery partner contact may be available in future updates.
