Welcome to RadPro! These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile app, website, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using RadPro, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Services.

RadPro is a platform that connects farmers directly with consumers, enabling the sale and delivery of fresh agricultural produce. We aim to eliminate middlemen and ensure fair prices for all parties involved.

To use our Services, you must create an account and provide accurate personal information.

• You must be at least 18 years old.
   
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
   
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
   

RadPro has two types of users:

a) Farmers

• Can list produce, prices, and farming details.
   
• Must ensure accuracy and honesty in product listings.
   
• Are responsible for packing orders and cooperating with delivery timelines.
   

b) Consumers

• Can browse, place orders, and receive deliveries.
   
• Must provide accurate delivery details and make payments as required.
   

• Orders are delivered only during fixed time slots.
   
• Same-day or instant delivery is not guaranteed.
   
• Delivery availability may vary by location.
   
• RadPro reserves the right to cancel or delay deliveries due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, transport issues).
   

• Payments must be made through the methods provided on the platform.
   
• Farmers set their own prices; RadPro may add small service/delivery charges.
   
• No refunds unless the product is proven to be damaged or undelivered.
   

You agree to:

• Use the platform only for lawful purposes.
   
• Not interfere with or disrupt the platform’s operation.
   
• Not post false or misleading information.
   

RadPro reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access for violations.

All logos, content, branding, and platform code are the property of RadPro and may not be copied or reused without permission.

RadPro is not liable for:

• Losses due to delays or incorrect deliveries.
   
• The condition or quality of produce, as listed by farmers.
   
• Damages arising from your misuse of the platform.
   

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Namakkal, Tamil Nadu.
